Kingery, Trustee(s), certain real property described in said Deed of Trust; and the beneficiary has elected to appoint Seneca Trustees, Inc., as Substitute Trustee; and default having been made under the aforementioned Deed of Trust, and the undersigned Substitute Trustee having been instructed by The Huntington National Bank to foreclose thereunder, will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Kanawha County Courthouse in Charleston, West Virginia, on June 28, 2022 at 11:00 AM the following described real estate, together with its improvements, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in 09 – Chas SA District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows: All that certain tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Loudon District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete monument set in the boundary line between the Fredericks property and the property of Mrs. A. S. Thomas, Jr., in the north right of way line of Connell Road; thence with the same joint boundary line between Fredericks and Thomas; N. 34′ 58′ W. 104 feet to an iron pin, comer to parcel 0.283 acre, owned by James S. and Agnes M. Subject to covenants, restrictions and easements set forth in the deed from Walter Fredericks and Claire C.
