NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated September 24, 2008, executed by Borrowers, Robert G Mitchell, to Carl H. Cather, III, Esq., Spilman, Thomas & Battle, PLLC, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Boone County, West Virginia, in Book 310, at Page 232. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 3855 Short Creek Rd, Racine, WV 25165. WV Trustee Services, LLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated March 29, 2022, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 400, Page 147. The borrowers defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Also granting and conveying a 1995 Fleetwood Double Wide Mobile Home, Serial Number NCFLR56A1093202 and NCFLR56B1093202, which is permanently affixed to the real estate herein described and will remain affixed to this real estate. Being the same property conveyed to Robert G Mitchell by the Deed dated September 24, 2008 and recorded in Deed Book 260 at Page 425 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Boone County, West Virginia.
