SEEKING BIDS RIVERVIEW RESTORATION PROJECT ONSITE ARCHITECT ROJECT MANAGER 25045 – A NEW CLENDENIN, INC. is seeking a one-time bid for an Architect roject Manager to provide on-site assistance for the Riverview Restoration Project to restore affordable rental housing in Clendenin, WV, including: Design and prepare drawings for work necessary to o Restore ten third floor apartment units o Repair HVAC system and implement resiliency measures for entire building o Repair electrical systems as necessary to restore housing units and remainder of building to provide resiliency and reduce energy consumption o Move electrical, mechanical, HVAC and utility controls 2 feet above floodplain o Renovate first floor of building (whiteboarding) o Implement any necessary mold and mildew remediation Prepare bid documents Assist in reviewing contractor bids for work and contract preparation Oversee the construction, rehabilitation and resiliency measures for the building Read, comprehend and ensure compliance with all contracts and federal regulations specific to the project Accurately prepare and maintain data, files, and reports for federal and state compliance Prepare invoice submissions with supporting documentation Submit weekly and monthly progress reports Upload data and documents to Google Drive Use cross platforms such as Google, Excel and Word technology Attend training as needed to perform above duties Attend meetings as necessary for successful completion of project Applicants must have a background in construction management with preferred project management AND EXPERIENCE WITH FEDERAL GRANT PROGRAMS. The Architect roject Manager must meet a project closeout deadline of June 2024.
