REPLACEMENT

Sealed bids for the proposed Grand Vue Park Gas – Waterline Replacement, will be received by Omni Associates-Architects, Inc., attention Richard Forren, 207 Jefferson Street, Fairmont, WV, 26554 until 1:30 pm on June 21, 2022, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by Omni Associates – Architects which will be available as of June 6, 2022.
The project will be bid under a single Prime Contract. The project consists of the following:
Installation of a new underground gas line and water line in the area of the Aquatic Center and activities building at Grand Vue Park as described in the Contract Documents.

Mandatory Pre-bid Conference:
A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at Grand Vue Park, 250 Trail Drive, Moundsville, WV 26041 on June 14, 2022 at 1:30pm
Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids will be returned unopened to the Bidders. Grand Vue Park reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities.
