INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
SOLID WASTE AND GARBAGE REMOVAL
The Housing Authority of the City of Beckley, WV, the management agent for Vance and FMRS Housing will accept proposals for solid waste and garbage removal for 31 multifamily units and 1 maintenance building located on South Vance Dr.
Interested parties should contact Beckley Housing Authority at (304) 256 – 1772 P.O. Box 1780, Beckley, WV 25802; or 100 Beckwoods Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 to obtain specifications.
PROPOSAL INFORMATION
— Proposals should be mailed to the Housing Authority of the City of Beckley in a separate sealed envelope at the above address or hand delivered to the street address.
— All proposals must be received by the Housing Authority before 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, in a separate sealed envelope marked “Garbage Removal”.
— No proposals will be accepted after the deadline.
— This contract can be renewed at the discretion of both parties to extend from year to year.
The Housing Authority of the City of Beckley reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
