AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Triton Construction, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Temporary Regulation 13 Permit for aggregate processing equipment to aid in the construction of WVDOH RHL Blvd Connector. The facility is located in South Charleston in Kanawha County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.33949 and -81.71279. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: PM of 9.87 tons per year (tpy) of which 7.88 tpy is fugitive, PM10 of 4.10 tpy of which 3.12 tpy is fugitive, and PM2.5 of 0.59 tpy of which 0.41 tpy is fugitive. Startup of operations is planned to begin on or about July 15, 2022.
