SANITARY BOARD
SBR CONTROL RESTORATION AND SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS
Sealed bids for the SBR Process Controls and several Submersible Pumps will be received AT THE Board’s Office 316 Moran Avenue, Mullens, WV 25882, until 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, on July 5, 2022. The bids will be opened and read aloud at the July Board meeting.
The equipment required is as
follows:
1) SBR control system/ restoration necessitated by the age of the facility and changes in technology. The upgrade/restoration shall consist of but not limited to a new PLC and HMI, Graphic Operator Interface and process control programing that adjust the cycle timing as a function of influent flow. The installation shall have the capabilities to enhance the plants performance by monitoring the DO levels in the future, as a minimum.
2) Submersible Pumps shall be Flygt or acceptable equals and compatible to the existing pump bases and slide rail system. Pumps desired are as follows: two (2) Flygt 3102.170 MP263-2 6hp, one (1) Flygt 3102.180 NP 463-4 5hp, two (2) Flygt 3102.170 MP216.2 5.4hp and two (2) Flygt 3085.172 MP257-2 3hp
American Recovery Acts funds will be utilized and the Sanitary Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Detail specifications of the desire products can be obtained by contacting the Sanitary Board at 304-294-7132.
A lump sum price shall be provided for the SBR process restoration/upgrade and unit cost shall be provided for the various pumps.
