REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
Project Name: Rotary Catering Services
Project Goals and Scope of Services
The Rotary Club of Elkins (“Rotary”) is seeking the services of a licensed caterer to provide food and non-alcoholic drink service for their weekly membership meetings. The Caterer will be expected to provide food and food service to approximately twenty-five to forty members weekly on Monday’s starting at 12:00 p.m. and ending at 1:00 p.m. in the Elkins Rotary Room of the Elkins YMCA at 400 Davis Avenue. Tables, chairs, dishes and flatware are available on-site.
Food and beverage can be provided to attendees in one of three ways:
– A self-serve station to be set-up, maintained, and cleaned-up by the caterer; or,
– Table service to be set-up, served, and cleaned-up by the caterer; or,
– Boxed lunches to be prepared and delivered by the caterer.
Bids may be submitted for one or more of the options above and should include price per meal plus gratuity.
Procedure for Submission of Proposals
Respondents to this RFP must submit one original copy of their proposal. Responses should be clearly marked “RFP-Rotary Catering Services”. Proposals must be mailed, hand delivered, or emailed to the contact person listed below no later than Friday, June 24, 2022, at 4:30 p.m.

The award will be made to a candidate based on best value and professional capability. Possession of current W.V. and City of Elkins business licenses with no delinquent B&O taxes is required. It is the intent of Rotary to award this contract within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the proposals.
