The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that RONALD COPNEY has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant K.F., whose date of birth is June 7, 2012. It is It is ORDERED that RONALD COPNEY is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and ORDERED that RONALD COPNEY is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J.
