PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on July 7, 2022, of the COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH CHARLESTON (“Council”), West Virginia, an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 1709.01 OF ARTICLE 1709 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH CHARLESTON CONCERNING THE STATE BUILDING CODE was read a first time and will come up for final reading during the regular meeting of Council beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2022, in the Council Chambers located at City Hall, 401 D Street, South Charleston, relating to adopting the State Building Code, 87 SCR 4, effective August 1, 2022. This ordinance together with the codes being adopted thereby may be reviewed at the Mayor’s Office at City Hall at 401 D Street, South Charleston, during regular business hours.
