INVITATION TO BID The Town of Glasgow The Town of Glasgow Sewer Department is seeking sealed bids for the River Valve replacement, approximately 20 feet deep. The project consists of the Removal of old gate valve, install new 10″ gate valve sleeve on old with hymaxx, Place stone underneath new valve and pipe, Backfill and rebuild chain link fence, 6″ of concrete and 2″ of asphalt to repair excavated hole in parking lot. Bids will be accepted starting August 1, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. and ending August 12, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Bids will be publicly opened on August 15, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. Located at Glasgow Town Hall at 129 4th Avenue Glasgow WV. Bids must be clearly marked on an envelope “SEWER VALVE PROJECT BID”.
