IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-CJA-13 UNKNOWN FATHER of infant C.J.G., whose date of birth is January 10, 2002, natural child of Bobbie Jo Gray.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that the UNKNOWN FATHER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant C.J.G., whose date of birth is January 10, 2022. It is ORDERED that Anyone Claiming to be the Father of Infant C.J.G., shall appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 1st day of August, 2022 at 9:30 am. for a Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the he may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful parent and the parental rights of the UNKNOWN FATHER of infant C.J.G., whose date of birth is January 10, 2022, may be terminated.
