NOTICE
The City of Beckley will be accepting bids from qualified firms for the milling and paving of Orchard Avenue (Marion Street to Dorcus Avenue) and Old Mill Road (Westwood Drive to Whitestick Street).
Complete specifications and bid information may be obtained from the Board of Public Works at 401 Adair Street, or by calling (304)256-1740, between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
Bids will be accepted until 4:00pm on August 9, 2022. They will be publicly opened and read allowed during a meeting of Common Council at 6:30pm that same day. Bids may be hand delivered to 409 South Kanawha Street or mailed to PO Box 2514, Beckley WV 25802-2514.
Any bids that arrive after the specified date and time will not be considered.
The City of Beckley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of the bid without cause.
