The object of the above-entitled action is to adopt a Parenting Plan designating the Petitioner as the primary residential parent of the parties’ minor child, which is consistent with the parenting plan presented by the Petitioner; that the Respondent be ordered to submit to a hair follicle drug test prior to any parenting time; and for such other relief.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Petitioner has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the Respondent and has been unable to ascertain the address of the Respondent.
It is ordered that the said Respondent, Adam A. Jordan, do serve upon DAVID J. STRAFACE, ESQ., ANGOTTI & STRAFACE, L.C., Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 274 SPRUCE STREET, MORGANTOWN, WEST VIRGINIA 26505, an answer or other defense to the Petition to Establish Parenting Plan filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 12, 2022, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Respondent at any time thereafter. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office
