The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by BRITTANY MCVAY, biological mother of infants B.W., whose date of birth if February 7, 2006, N.W., whose date of birth is November 17, 2007, A.W., whose date of birth is June 11, 2011, and A.W., whose date of birth is June 8, 2013 and JEFFREY WHITTINGTON, biological
father of infants B.W., whose date of birth is February 7, 2006, N.W., whose date of birth is November 17, 2007, A.W., whose date of birth is June 11, 2011, and A.W., whose date of birth is June 8, 2013.
It is ORDERED that BRITTANY MCVAY and JEFFREY WHITTINGTON are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J.
