The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that MICHAEL RICHMOND, JOSHUA MOORE, and/or UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants L.R., whose date of birth is May 7, 2015 and A.G.D., whose date of birth is December 24, 2021. It is ORDERED that MICHAEL RICHMOND, JOSHUA MOORE, and Anyone Claiming to be the father of infant A.G.D. whose date of birth is December 24, 2021 are ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 23rd day of August, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. for a Disposition Hearing for Michael Richmond, Adjudication Hearing for Joshua Moore, and an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing for anyone claiming to be the father of A.G.D. if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of MICHAEL RICHMOND, biological father of infant L.R., whose date of birth is May 7, 2015, may be terminated. JOSHUA MOORE, putative father of infant A.G.D., whose date of birth is December 24, 2021, or UNKNOWN FATHER of infant A.G.D., whose date of birth is December 24, 2021, may be and adjudicated abusive and neglectful and parental rights of JOSHUA MOORE, putative father of infant A.G.D., whose date of birth is December 24, 2021, or UNKNOWN FATHER of infant A.G.D., whose date of birth is December 24, 2021, may be terminated.
