It is hereby ordered that David Ray Beckner serve upon Brittany Ann Beckner at the Circuit Clerk’s Office, Petitioner, whose address is 1500 Chapline Street, 4th Floor. Wheeling, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before August 31, 2022. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
