NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 15th day of September, 2022 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Robert or Crystal Cole/Agent: Carrie Lilly for the purpose of a commercial powder coating, ceramic coating and sandblasting shop The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural/Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (B1) Commercial. The property is located at 3950 Harper Road, Eccles, WV, Trap Hill District District, Tax Map 6C, Parcels 101, 104, 105 and 106 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
