NOTICE
The Common Council for the City of Beckley is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms for the purchase of one (1) new 4-wheel drive mid-sized sport utility vehicle for Beckley Police Department.
Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. They will be publicly opened and read aloud during a meeting of Common Council at 6:30 p.m. that same day. Bids must be submitted to the Recorder-Treasurer in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Beckley PD Vehicle”. Bids may be hand delivered to 409 South Kanawha St, or mailed PO Box 2514 Beckley, WV 25802-2514. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Any bids that arrive after the specified date and time will not be considered.
Complete specifications and bid information may be obtained from the Recorder/Treasurer, at Beckley City Hall, or by calling (304) 256-1768 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The City of Beckley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of any bid without cause.
