Now comes the Petitioner, Freedom Mortgage Corporation, by counsel, who states that the object of the above styled suit is declaratory judgment releasing a prior deed of trust encumbering the subject real estate commonly known as 215 Berkley Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801.
It is ordered that Respondents, Washington Mutual Home Loans, Inc., Unknown Successor to Washington Mutual Home Loans, Inc., and Unknown Successor to Fleet Mortgage Corp., do serve upon Christopher A. Dawson, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
