SOLICITATION OF INTEREST The State of West Virginia is soliciting responses from parties interested in providing on a lease basis, climate-controlled warehouse space containing approximately 40,000 square feet and r 300,000 cubic feet, including a loading dock, along with approximately ten (10) parking spaces, situated within the city of Charleston, Kanawha County. The proposed space can be either new construction or an existing building. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and must meet all applicable federal, state and local codes, standards and ordinances. This is only a solicitation of interest.
