NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Fayetteville, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing on the 27th day of September, 2022, at 4:00 o’clock p.m. at Town Hall, 125 North Court Street, Fayetteville, WV, on the Application of New River Gorge Development Company, LLC for the subdivision of a tract of 9.38 acres. The 9.38 acres being the same property conveyed unto the Applicant by deed of Hurley Construction, Inc., and LHA Properties, LLC, dated February 2, 2022, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Fayette County Commission, Fayetteville, West Virginia in Deed Book 821 at Page 120. The subdivision map and other documents regarding the subdivision shall be available for public review at the Fayetteville Town Hall from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, beginning today and until the Public Hearing. Comments regarding the subdivision may be made at the Public Hearing or submitted in writing prior to the Public Hearing.
