NOTICE OF MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Fayetteville, West Virginia, will meet on the 27th day of September, 2022, at 4:15 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at Town Hall, 125 North Court Street, Fayetteville, WV, to consider the Application of New River Gorge Development Company, LLC for the subdivision of a tract of 9.38 acres. The 9.38 acres being the same property conveyed unto the Applicant by deed of Hurley Construction, Inc., and LHA Properties, LLC, dated February 2, 2022, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Fayette County Commission, Fayetteville, West Virginia in Deed Book 821 at Page 120, after having received and considering the comments from the public received by it in writing or orally at the Public Hearing held regarding the Application.
