ITB #: 2022-09-02 City Hall Auditorium Projector and Sound System The City of Huntington is inviting companies that are WV Licensed Contractors to bid on equipment for upgrades to the City Hall Auditorium. This upgrade shall include a projector, screen, and sound system as well as the labor to install the equipment. A detailed list of the equipment that we are seeking to purchase can be found within Bidexpress.com. Vendors will be required to provide the cost of labor to install the equipment as part of the bid price. A mandatory meeting will be held at Huntington City Hall (800 5th avenue, Huntington WV 25701) in the auditorium on September 20th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time. All questions must be asked through the city’s electronic bid service bidexpress.com and are due by Friday September 23rd, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. local time. All bids must also be submitted through bidexpress.com and are due by Wednesday September 28th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at which time the bids will be opened in the City Clerk’s Office Rm 16 City Hall 800 5th Avenue Huntington WV.
