NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BROADBAND ENGINEERING SERVICES The Nicholas County Commission located in Nicholas County, West Virginia is in the process of obtaining a Consultant to provide project planning and technical services for broadband improvement of availability throughout Nicholas County. This Nicholas County Broadband Project will work to develop both planning and implementation broadband projects throughout Nicholas County. Focus on mapping of last mile fiber network routes and areas that are high priority for broadband service and will determine the best technology applications and infrastructure needs to effectively facilitate the development of affordable broadband service to Nicholas County businesses and residents.
