NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust executed by Taric T. Cox and Jada Kikay Wentz, to Campbell Woods, PLLC, Trustee, dated the 28th day of Februa1y, 2022, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Lincoln County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 290, Pg. 208, which conveyed unto the said Trustee the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of that certain indebtedness set out and described therein, and default having been made pursuant to said Deed ofTrust, said Trustee, by Paul J. Prunty, a member of Campbell Woods, PLLC, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said indebtedness, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on Tuesday, the 4th day of October, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the front door of the Courthouse of Lincoln County, West Virginia, the real estate commonly known as 513 Mansion Street, Hamlin, West Virginia, and described as follows: Situate in the State of West Virginia, County of Lincoln and Town of Hamlin and described as follows: Situate on the West side of North Mansion Street, in the Town of Hamlin, Lincoln County, West Virginia, beginning at a point 150 feet northerly from the intersection of the North line of Park Street with the west line of North Mansion Street, said point being in the West line of North Mansion Street; thence a Westerly direction parallel with the North line of Park Street to the alley or private road leading to the farm of Mrs. A. L. V. Barrett; thence a Northerly direction with the East line of said road a distance of fifty (50) feet; thence an Easterly direction, and parallel with the first line of these calls, to a point in the West line of North Mansion Street, corner to Lot No. 4; thence a Southerly direction with the West line of North Mansion Street a distance of fifty (50) feet to the place of BEGfNNrNG.
