NOTICE OF CONVEYANCE OF CHURCH PROPERTY The Trustees of New Life Center, a West Virginia religious organization, by virtue the authority vested in them by the New Life Center Constitution and By-Laws, seek to transfer and convey to the trustees of God’s Tabernacle of Praise, a West Virginia religious non-profit organization located in South Charleston, West Virginia, those two tracts or parcels of real property, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the Town of Cedar Grove, Cedar Grove Tax District, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Parcel 1 BEGINNING at a point in the south line of Dawson Street said beginning point located at the intersection of the lot now or formerly owned by Palmer and a lot now or formerly owned by H. D. Perine; thence from said beginning point and running along the South line of Dawson Street N. 78DEGREES 30′ E. 45 feet to a point on the line of said lot now or formerly owned by Palmer and a lot now or formerly owned by L. E. Carte and Maggie Carte, thence leaving Dawson Street and running with the westerly line of said lot now or formerly owned by Carte S. 11DEGREES 30 E. 84 feet to a point; thence N. 78DEGREES 30′ E. to a point on line of said lot now or formerly owned by Carte and Old Fort Street; thence S. 4DEGREES 30′ W. to a point corner of said lot now or formerly owned by Palmer and Lot 4 of the Old Fort Addition to the Town of Cedar Grove; thence running along the northerly line of said Lot 4 S. 78DEGREES 30′ W. 76 feet to a point in the line of said lot now or formerly owned by Perine; thence running with the easterly line of said lot now or formerly owned by Perine N. 11DEGREES 30′ W 89 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4,160 square feet, more or less; Being the same property conveyed to the Trustees of New Life Center by Deed dated September 11, 2007, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 2699, at page 241. Parcel 2 BEGINNING at a point in the southern right of way line of Dawson Street, corner to a lot now or formerly owned by Cedar Grove Furniture Co. (Parcel No. Four in that certain deed dated January 12, 1978, from Sam Farha, et ux, Deed Book 1855, page 653); thence with the southern right of way line of Dawson Street, N. 78DEGREES 30′ E. 74 feet to a peg, the northeast corner of that lot hereby conveyed, which is situate at the southwest corner of Dawson Street and Old Fort Street; thence with the western right of way line of Old Fort Street, S. 4DEGREES 30′ W. 87 feet to a point, common front corner between the herein conveyed parcel and Parcel No. Five in the aforesaid deed dated January 12, 1978, now or formerly owned by Cedar Grove Furniture Co.; thence with the common division line between the herein conveyed parcel and said first mentioned parcel now or formerly owned by Cedar Grove Furniture Co., N. 11DEGREES 30′ W. 76 feet to the place of beginning; Being the same property conveyed to the Trustees of New Life Center by Deed dated September 11, 2007, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 2699, at page 238, The Trustees of New Life Center seek to transfer such property on or following October 23, 2022. This notice is published pursuant to West Virginia Code 35-1-11. If any person or entity, with legal standing, objects to this conveyance, said party may file a petition in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, stating the reasons for the objection pursuant to the provisions of West Virginia Code 35-1-11.
