To: Jessica Stone & Any heirs or assigns of deceased parent, Brian Keith Hedrick
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Jessica Stone & any heirs or assigns of deceased parent, Brain Keith Hedrick, parent/s whose whereabouts are unknown it is hereby ordered that Jessica Stone & any heirs or assigns of deceased parent Brian Keith Hedrick, parent/s serve upon Ruth E Farley Petitioner/s whose address is PO Box 973 Pineville, WV 24874, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Appointment of a Guardian for the above named minor child in this action before October 19th, 2022. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing may be made for the relief demanded in the Petition.
