REQUEST FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Lewisburg at Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street West, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901 until 2:00 p.m., October 11, 2022.
The purpose of the request for bid (RFB) is to solicit bids from responsive and responsible bidders to supply services and materials to install light poles, fixtures, and new wire at Hollowell Park. The specifications will need to meet the 2017 Little League Lighting Standards (a copy can be obtained at City Hall).
All bidding documents shall be submitted in a single envelope address to the City of Lewisburg marked with the following information in the lower left-hand corner:
“Name and address of bidder”

To be opened at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11, 2022
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of the bids. Any Contractor submitting a bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a valid WV business license, a City of Lewisburg business license and meets the qualifications required by the statues of the State and subdivision in which the work is to be performed. The City of Lewisburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
