The permit is located in Roaring Creek District of Randoph County, 3.4 miles north of Coalton on Tygart Valley River of Monongahela River of Tygart Valley River .
CARTER ROAG COAL COMPANY completed backfilling and regrading on 08/22/2022 and is requesting release of 60 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $25,000.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address above until November 13, 2022, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
