To: Linda Silver and Edward L. Silver:
The object of this suit is to have an Order of Partition of three tracts of real estate situate in the White Sulphur District of Greenbrier County, West Virginia containing 30 acres, 179 acres, and four (4) acres.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action the the defendants are nonresidents of the state of West Virginia, it is hereby ORDERED that they serve upon J. Steven Hunter of Steve Hunter Associates, 209 North Court Street, Lewisburg, West Virginia, petitioner’s attorney an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint in partition within one month or thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication of this order. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment upon proper hearing may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the partition complaint.
A copy of the said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office at the Greenbrier County Courthouse, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
