IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-CJA-117 KARLIN GEBHARD, biological mother of infant H.P.G., whose date of birth is August 15, 2022 and THOMAS PLUNKETT, III, putative father of H.P.G., whose date of birth is August 15, 2022. , natural child of Karlin Gebhard.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that KARLIN GEBHARD and THOMAS PLUNKETT, III have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant H.P.G., whose date of birth is August 15, 2022. It is ORDERED that KARLIN GEBHARD and THOMAS PLUNKETT, III are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 16th day of November, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. for a Preliminary and Adjudicatory Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise KARLIN GEBHARD,
biological mother of infant H.P.G., whose date of birth is August 15, 2022 and THOMAS PLUNKETT, III, putative father of H.P.G., whose date of birth is August 15, 2022, may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful parents.
