INVITATION TO BID The City of Nitro is requesting sealed bids for printing the 2023 calendar. The calendar is to consist of 12 months, 3500 copies, clear colored photographs for each month. There is to be an inside front cover in addition to the 12 months and is to measure 8.5×11 inches. Sealed bids for printing the calendar will be accepted in Nitro City Hall, 2009 20th Street, Nitro, WV 25143 or mailed to Rita Cox, Recorder, P. O.
