NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Historic Landmarks Commission of the City of Charleston, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2022, in the Conference Room at the City Service Center located at 915 Quarrier Street, Charleston, WV, on the following: COA-22-0220: Application of David Gloss requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to replace an original slate roof on the property located at 1333 Virginia Street, East. COA-22-0221: Application of Classic Construction Company on behalf of Woman’s Club of Charleston requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to replace an original slate roof on the property located at 1600 Virginia Street, East. COA-22-0222: Application of Elizabeth & Joann Downing requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to replace an original slate roof on the property located at 1504 Virginia Street, East. COA-22-0223: Application of Jennifer McIntosh requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to replace a porch and construct an addition on the rear of the property located at 1532 Virginia Street, East.
