Notice is hereby given that ELK RUN COAL COMPANY, LLC, 370 PACKSVILLE MARFORK ROAD, PO BOX 457, WHITESVILLE, WV 25209 filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1101 George Kostas Drive, Logan, WV, 25601 (DEP Regional Office Address) for extension of inactive status on Permit No. U300294. located near DOROTHY (Nearest Post Office) in CLEAR FORK and SHERMAN District(s) of Raleigh and Boone County(ies).
Written comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Inspection and Enforcement Supervisor at the DEP address above until November 6th, 2022, or thirty (30) days from date of publication.
