The object of the above entitled action is forTessie Elaine Paetzold to legally change his/her name to Tessie Elaine Harmon. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Tessie Elaine Paetzold to Tessie Elaine Harmon.
A hearing shall be on the 9th day of November, 2022 at 11:30 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
