Integrated Pest
Management Services
The Wheeling Housing Authority will be accepting RFPs from experienced and qualified Extermination Contractors for Integrated Pest Management services for our public housing sites. Contractors must have a valid WV license with the Dept. of Agriculture, be fully insured, bondable and must adhere to the provisions set forth in the RFP package. RFPs will be received until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 2022. RFP must be clearly marked “Proposal for Pest Control-Do Not Open” and addressed to the: WHA, Attention: Tammy Porter, PO Box 2089, Wheeling, WV 26003.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, November 4, 2022, at our Main Office located at 11 Community Street. Request an RFP packet by calling Tammy Porter, Capital Fund Coordinator at 304-242-4447, Ext. 1010 or email:
