The object of the above entitled action is for Madison Nicole-Elizabeth Santini to legally change his/her name to Madison Nicole-Elizabeth Burgess. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Madison Nicole-Elizabeth Santini to Madison Nicole-Elizabeth Burgess.
A hearing shall be on the 31st day of October, 2022 at 1:00 pm o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
