NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 15th day of November, 2022, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Linda Randolph for the purpose of a rear setback variance to 5 feet to allow for the placement of a storage building on property located at 282 Carlos Drive, Mt. Hope, WV, Town District, Tax Map 4A, Parcel 44.2 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
