NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 15th day of November, 2022, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Lori A. Davis, and Agent: 4 Seasons Buildings of WV for the purpose of a minimum square footage variance to allow for a 120 square foot office building on property located at 5232 Robert C. Byrd Drive, Beckley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 7002, Parcel 42 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
