Notice is hereby given that an application for Operator Assignment has been submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) located at 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for permit number(s) O301212, O301811, O302512, S300519, U300912, U301911 held by MABEN COAL LLC, ONE CARBON CENTER SUITE 501, 13905 MACCORKLE AVENUE SE, CHARLESTON, WV 25315.
This application will assign RAMACO RESOURCES, LLC, 250 W MAIN ST, SUITE 1800, LEXINGTON, KY 40507 as an operator on the permit(s) named above.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and should be sent to the DEP at the address above. Comments received by November 24, 2022, or thirty (30) days from date of publication will be considered.
