Center Public Service District (PSD) is trying to obtain Community Development Block Grant funds from the West Virginia Department of Economic Development to extend sewer service in the communities of Rock View and Bearhole, WV. As part of the application process, volunteers for the PSD will be conducting a door-to-door income survey from Nov. 7, 2022 to Nov. 11, 2022. The only questions you will be asked will be the number of people living in the household and if the household income is more or less than a certain income based on the number of people in the household.
