Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of November, 2022 at the hour of 11:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the undersigned Petitioner will apply to the Circuit Court of Tucker County, County Courthouse, Parsons, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said court to change the name of the minor child from Renley Amelia Mae Herron to the name of Renley Amelia Mae Propst.
Any party objecting to the change of name who can show good cause as to why the name should not be changed may appear at said time and place.
