AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Greenbrier Smokeless Coal Mining, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a General Permit Administrative Update to add tanks for a preparation plant and railcar loadout facility located on Anjean Road, County Route 1 in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The facility coordinates are as follows: latitude 38.028144 and longitude -80.652778.
The applicant estimates no change in the potential to discharge any Regulated Air Pollutants for the preparation plant facility.
Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit approval. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
