MERCER COUNTY COMMISSION REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE COURTHOUSE SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROJECT The County of Mercer, West Virginia is soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications for professional design, engineering, and project management services for the Mercer County Courthouse Sidewalk Replacement Project. These services shall be performed in accordance with all local, State and Federal laws, regulations, and executive orders. The complete submittal, consisting of one original and three hard copies must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “RFQ-Mercer County Courthouse Sidewalk Replacement Project” and delivered to Gene Buckner-President, Mercer County Commission, 1501 West Main Street, Suite 210, Princeton, WV 24740 by no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Submittals received after this deadline will not be considered. Questions concerning the project may be directed to Vicky Reed, County Administrator at [email protected]. The Mercer County Commission reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit qualifications.
