It appearing to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, that a Petition has been filed requesting that the Circuit Court of Raleigh, West Virginia, sever the relationship heretofore existing between the natural father of Justin Avery Hammond, Jr. and permit Elizabeth Ann Beckett to adopt Justin Avery Hammond, Jr.; further appearing that the whereabouts of the natural father has not been established.; it is ORDERED that the natural father shall appear in the Office of the Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on or before the 13th day of December, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. and object or make other defense to the Petition, if he so desires, otherwise the parental rights of said natural father of Justin Avery Hammond, Jr. shall be terminated.
