NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 13th day of December, 2022, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Alan Adkins for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a second residence and a setback variance to allow for a 20 foot front setback on property located at 652 Midway Road, Midway, WV, Town District, Tax Map 34, Parcel 53 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by December 12th, 2022, will be considered.
