PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Planning and Zoning Commission at its meeting of July 7, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed amendment and re-enactment of Article 1327.02 and 1307.01 (32), of the Oak Hill City Zoning Ordinance. 1327.02 Permitted Uses Add subsection (C) apartment buildings (3 or more units) 1307.01 (32) “Dwelling” means a house, or other building designed or used primarily for human habitation. “Dwelling” shall not include boarding houses or rooming houses, tourist homes, motels, hotels, apartment buildings or other structures designed for transient residence. TAKE NOTICE ALSO, that at the July 13, 2015 meeting of the Oak Hill City Council at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Council will act on the recommendation of Planning and Zoning Commission.
