Sealed bids for a firm to provide planning and organizing services for an educational tour of Eastern Europe for the choral group for West Liberty University will be received by West Liberty University, 208 University Dr., West Liberty, WV 26074, until 10:00 AM on January 11, 2023. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the same time.
