The Ohio County Commission will receive sealed bids from qualified Roofing Contractors through January 17, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud for the following project:
Ohio County Animal Shelter Roof
A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Ohio County Animal Shelter, 7011 National Road, Triadelphia, WV 26059 on December 19 at 10:30 a.m. to review the specifications and site conditions. or via telephone at 304-234-3628. All bidders must be an approved contractor of The Garland Company, Inc. Bids shall be delivered to the Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, WV, 26003 on or before the date and time established for the bid opening or authorized extension thereof. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount is required for all bids. Bids delivered after the date and time of the bid opening will not be opened or considered.
